Payment Methods

PAYPAL

Faster, safer, and easier, paying with PayPal means you don’t need to enter your card details and address every time you pay.

Eligibility

PayPal is available in 200 eligible countries.

How to pay

At the checkout, select the ‘PayPal’ option. You will then be taken to a page to enter your details and complete your purchase.

Just enter your email address and password to log into your PayPal account, and PayPal will automatically fill out your details for you. All you need to do is confirm the purchase.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will need to create one. To do this, enter your debit or credit card details, as well as your name, address, mobile number and email address and follow PayPal’s instructions.

Cancellations

You have a legal right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days. In this event, you will need to notify French Connection in writing, details on this can be found in the model cancellation form below. Should you cancel your order, you will get an email of acknowledgement from French Connection, and a receipt of refund email from PayPal.

Returns

Your right to return is not affected by your payment method. At French Connection, you will only ever pay for the items you keep.

When your return has been processed, you will get a confirmation email from French Connection, and a receipt of refund email from PayPal.

In Store

You can return your items in store. However, we cannot refund PayPal payments in store instantly. The returned item will be sent back to the warehouse where it will be processed. PayPal will then refund the amount paid. This will go into your PayPal account.

By Post

When you return your item by post, it will be processed by our team in the warehouse. PayPal will then refund the amount paid. This will go into your PayPal account.

APPLE PAY

Avoid filling out forms and details, and choose Apple Pay at the checkout to let your Apple device do the hard work.

Eligibility

Apple pay is only available in eligible countries.

You must have a debit/credit card attached to your 'Wallet', be using an apple device with IOS 12 or higher installed, and have payments activated’.

How to pay

On your Apple device, select the ‘Apple Pay’ option at the checkout.

If the device is connected to your account, you will be offered the option to autofill your details, saving you time and effort. Simply enter your password, use touch ID or facial recognition to complete your purchase in an instant.

If this option does not pop up, you will need to create an Apple Pay account, and link it to your device

In Store

If you paid for your items via Apple Pay in store, you may return your item to store and get an instant refund, through the same payment method.

If you paid for your items via Apple Pay online, you can return your items in store. However, we cannot refund payments that have been made online with Apple Pay in store instantly.

The returned item will be sent back to the warehouse where it will be processed. Once the item has been checked, the refunded amount will come to you via Apple Pay.

By Post

When you return your item by post, it will be processed by our team in the warehouse. Your refund, if requested, will then come through Apple Pay.

GOOGLE PAY

Android users and those on Google Chrome in eligible countries can now pay in an instant with Google Pay.

Eligibility

Google pay is only available in eligible countries.

You must have a debit/credit card attached to your Google account.

How to pay

Select the ‘Google Pay’ option at the checkout.

If the device is connected to your account, you will be offered the option to autofill your details, saving you time and effort. Simply enter your password, use touch ID or facial recognition to complete your purchase in an instant.

GIFT CARDS

You can now pay for your French Connection purchase with one of our electronic gift cards.

How to pay

You can add your gift card number to your checkout process at any point when shopping on our website. You can use multiple gift cards in one order.

Simply type the unique code to the discount window before checkout and select apply.

The total value of the gift card will be deducted from your order. If your order is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on your account for you to spend at a later date.

If your order is more than the value of your gift card, you’ll need to pay for the remaining balance in the usual way, by adding a credit or debit card number or selecting one of the alternative payment methods.

Please note: Our electronic gift cards can only be used for purchases made online. We currently don’t allow our e-cards to be used in store.

French Connection gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase.

Cancellations

Returns

SHOP PAY

Fast, flexible, one-tap checkout method.

Eligibility

Shoppers can use the following cards:

  • Visa/Visa Debit
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Other cards that are supported on the website

How to pay

At the checkout, select the ‘Shop Pay’ option. You will then be taken to a page to enter your details and complete your purchase.

Just enter your email address and password to log into your Shop Pay account, and Shop Pay will automatically fill out your details for you. All you need to do is confirm the purchase.

If you don’t have a Shop Pay account, you will need to create one. To do this, enter your debit or credit card details, as well as your name, address, mobile number and email address and follow Shop Pay’s instructions.

Shop Pay will send an SMS with a verification code. In the Confirm it's you section, enter your six-digit code. If you previously verified your Shop email address when you set up Shop Pay, then click send me a code by email instead option.

Cancellations

Please note that you can’t use the Shop app to cancel an order, return an item or ask for a refund.

Returns

In-Store

You can return your items in-store.

If your order is eligible for a return, you’ll be refunded by the original form of payment.

HARPER - TRY FOR 5

Try items on in the comfort of your home before deciding which to purchase. Only pay for what you do not return within 5 days.

Eligibility

Try for 5 is a credit-free offering, but will check your personal details to prevent fraudulent orders. Please ensure you are using an active card with the correct billing address.

How to pay

You will be asked for your card details at the checkout and we will take payment for your selected delivery option. You will not pay for the items you are trying on. Your 5 day try on period will begin the day that you recieve your items. You will only be charged at the end of the 5 day period for items that you have not created a label for via the returns platform and taken to a return drop off location.

Returns

Your right to return is not affected by your Try for 5 payment method.

In Store

For the items that you decide not to keep within the 5 day period, you can also take them into store to be processed. If you do this within the 5 day try on period, you will not be charged for the items you do not keep. For items that you have paid for, you can also return in store and can expect a refund within 3 working days.
