  3. All entries must be made between 9:00am (GMT) ‪on 05.07.24 and 23:59 (GMT) ‪on 05.07.24 to be valid.
  4. Winner of the Prize will be announced in the prize draw post caption and contacted directly via this account. 
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. The Winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 08.07.24 ("Draw Date"). 
  7. Prize - The Prize consists of on  £100 gift voucher to spend at French Connection on their swimwear collection only.  
  8. The Winners will be contacted through Instagram via this official French Connection Instagram account only (@frenchconnection). Please do not give out any personal information unless via private message to our official French Connection page account.
  9. If a Winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. The Prize will be sent to the Winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
  11. The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
