Add your favourites to your bag, then head to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose your shipping method, and complete your payment - that’s it!
Afraid not - once your order is placed we can’t make changes, but if it’s not quite right when it arrives, you can still return it.
Create an account with us, sign in, and head straight to the My Orders tab to revisit your best finds.
Got a code? Add it at checkout in the Discount code or gift card field, press Apply, and enjoy a little something off. Our exclusive offers can be found on our Discounts page.
Once you’ve checked out, you’ll see an order number on screen - keep it handy. We’ll also send a confirmation email, followed by another when your order is on its way.

Your order’s quick off the mark, so we can’t catch it once it’s placed. But once delivered, you have 14 days to cancel and return it. All the info you need is on our Returns page.

Yes - if you place your order before 2pm (Monday–Friday), choose Express Delivery and ship to a UK mainland address, we’ll aim to get it to you the next working day. For the finer details, head to our Delivery page.
For online orders, we accept Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Revolut Pay and Gift Cards. For full details, visit our Payment Methods page.
Standard Delivery is £3.95 per order, or free on UK orders over £75 (excluding homeware). Express Delivery is £5.95 per order.
International delivery costs vary by location.
Homeware delivery (UK Mainland only):
– Small items: £3.95 per order
– Large items: £25 per order
– Two-person delivery: £40 per order

We like to keep you in the know. When your order's been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to you.
Once you’re ready and head to checkout, we’ll charge your chosen payment method - no surprises. In most cases, payment will be taken on dispatch. If you choose to pay with Klarna or Revolut Pay then please refer to the information given at checkout from these providers.
Not right now - your order goes directly to you, no pit stop required.
We ship internationally, so you can shop from further afield. Check our Delivery page for all the details. Some items, like homeware, are available for UK Mainland delivery only.
Yes - you can return online orders within 28 days of your order date. Items must be unused, in a fully resalable condition and, where possible, with swing tags still attached. Please take extra care with delicate and leather pieces when trying them on.
We may deduct from your refund if items show signs of wear or unreasonable handling and can’t be resold.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimsuits or swim bottoms, unless faulty.
Returns from UK addresses are free of charge on orders paid in GBP, as long as they’re made within 28 days of your order date. This currently excludes the Channel Islands.
If you’re returning from the Channel Islands, you’ll need to cover the return costs. Please note that we don’t offer free returns on homeware or items bought in our retail stores.
Changed your mind? You’ve got 28 days from the date you place your order to send it back.
We work fast - promise. Your refund should be processed within 10 working days, though during sales and busy periods it might take a little extra time.
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return your item and choose a new favourite anytime.
Gifts can be returned in-store with a gift receipt, and our team will do their best to help - subject to the store’s discretion.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimsuits or swim bottoms, unless faulty.
Yes - you can still return your item as long as it’s securely packed in non-see-through, waterproof packaging, and arrives back to us in saleable condition.
Yes - online orders can be returned to our retail stores within 28 days of ordering for a refund, exchange or credit note. Just bring your item and valid proof of purchase, and make sure it’s unused and in a fully resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept in-store returns on earrings, underwear, swimsuits, swim bottoms or any items with a security or hygiene seal if the seal has been broken or tampered with.
Please note, this service isn’t available in outlet stores or department store concessions.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method and in the original currency used.

Out-of-stock items can't be pre-ordered, but you can sign up for back in stock alerts to be the first to know if it returns. Pre-orders are reserved for selected styles that haven't launched yet - to get ahead of the trends.
Our best-loved pieces can sell out quickly. Some styles do return, so keep an eye on the product page. You can also sign up for a back in stock alert to be the first to know.
We generally use UK sizing across our products. You can easily convert to EU and US sizes using our handy size guide - just visit our Size Guide Page to find your perfect fit.
Love it before it's even landed? Some styles are available to pre-order ahead of release. You'll find the expected delivery date on the product page - just add to bag, check out, and we'll keep you in the loop by email.
If a style is available to pre-order, you'll see Pre-order and the expected delivery date on the product page, instead of "Add to Bag".
See it, love it, secure it. The same as normal orders, payment is taken when your order is dispatched, so your piece is officially yours and can be sent directly to you once launched.
Yes - if you wish to modify your pre-order, such as changing the size or colour, you may do so on your pre-order confirmation page provided that the other size/colour is the same price and there is an open waitlist.
We'll always keep you in the loop. As with regular orders, we'll send you an email to confirm your order, and another once it's been dispatched with a tracking link.
You can return your pre-order within 28 days of its dispatch - just follow our usual returns process and we’ll take care of the rest. Visit our Returns page for more info.
Yes - if you have changed your mind while waiting for your order, you may cancel your order via your pre-order confirmation page. If you no longer have the option to cancel via your pre-order page, that means your order is awaiting dispatch. In that case, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
