The Try Before You Buy service is currently available across the UK, including Northern Ireland.
When using the Try Before You Buy service, you can try up to six items at home without paying upfront. When checking out, you will be notified if you have reached the basket limit for the eligible items.
The Try Before You Buy service costs £3.95 for standard delivery, £5.95 for Express Delivery
No, the Try Before You Buy services will not impact your credit score. There is no issuing of credit.
Yes, discount codes can be applied. Simply enter the code during checkout and the discount will be reflected in the total amount charged.
For Try Before You Buy, your try on period starts the day after you receive your complete order.
For the Try Before You Buy service, you have five calendar days to try your items on and send any unwanted items back. Please do not remove any labels or wear the pieces beyond trying them on. Any worn or damaged items will be charged for.
For the Try Before You Buy service, you can easily return items via our Returns Portal. Please ensure that any returned pieces have the label, are unworn and undamaged or they will not be accepted and you will be charged.
Yes, any unwanted pieces need to be returned during the Try Before You Buy try on period. These returns do not necessarily need to be received by the warehouse during this period, but they must be sent off within this time frame. We will charge your card for the pieces kept at the end of the period (the pieces that were not returned).
Harper accepts most major credit cards and debit cards.
For the Try Before You buy service, the delivery charge will be taken within the Harper checkout. At the end of the try on period, we will charge your card for the pieces you decide to keep (those that have not been returned within the period). Payment will be taken from the same card which was used to pay for delivery of your items.
For the Try Before You Buy service, you will only pay for the shipping fee upfront. We will charge the same card for the pieces you decide to keep (those that have not been returned within the five calendar days) at the end of the try on period. For returns made after the try on period, we will issue a refund once the items have been checked in at the warehouse. We will provide reminders throughout your try on period.
