Orders must be placed before 12pm during sale and promotional periods for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
Our Next day delivery charge is £7 per order, regardless of how many parcels we need to

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed
the next working day.
Next day deliveries are made by DHL between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Once your
order has been despatched from our distribution centre, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow
your order at
A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery
address where someone is available to sign.
DHL on-demand: DHL on-demand delivery is a self-service delivery and re-delivery platform. It’s an innovative DHL Express service designed to reduce failed delivery attempts and improve the customer experience. SMS and email messages keep customers informed of estimated delivery dates and gives them the opportunity to choose from six delivery options via the On Demand Delivery website.

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery
company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one
at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you
fail to receive the order.
For your safety and security we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO
Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot
accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
During our sale period, orders should be placed before midday, Monday to Thursday to qualify
for next day delivery, orders placed on Thursday after midday, or Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
