Standard Delivery

WE OFFER FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER £50. THIS OFFER ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS PLACED IN GBP, FOR DELIVERY TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UK AND THE CHANNEL ISLANDS. THE ORDER MAY NOT INCLUDE HOMEWARE OR GIFTCARDS.

If your order does not qualify for free delivery, our Standard Delivery charge to addresses within the UK and Channel Islands is £3.95 per order, regardless of how many parcels we need to send you.

Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Standard Delivery orders are delivered by Royal Mail (or DHL for Homeware items over 2kg). We will send you an email once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre to let you know that it is on its way.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

We are committed to providing great service from start to finish, including punctual delivery. However, during busier periods for example, during Christmas, sales and promotional periods, we advise customers an additional 2 working days for delivery

PLEASE NOTE:

A signature maybe required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

DHL may be able to deliver your package without collecting a signature. If DHL notify you that this option is available at your delivery address and you wish to arrange this service, you can do so directly with them by following the instructions they send you. On occasion DHL may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that it is unsafe to leave your package at the delivery address without a signature. In such circumstances, we advise you to contact DHL to discuss suitable alternative arrangements. Please note, if you arrange with DHL for them to deliver your package without collecting a signature, you agree to take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

For your safety and security we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Express delivery

OUR EXPRESS NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS PLACED IN GBP, FOR DELIVERY TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UK* (EXCLUDING THE CHANNEL ISLANDS). UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER EXPRESS NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE GIFTCARDS OR HOMEWARE.

OUR EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGE TO ADDRESES IN THE UK, IS £7 PER ORDER REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY PARCELS WE NEED TO SEND YOU.

Orders must be placed before 14:00 (or 12pm during sale and promotional periods) Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery.

Orders placed after 14:00 on a Thursday or before 14:00 on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (or, where the Monday is a public holiday, the order will be delivered the following Tuesday).

Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be processed the following Monday and delivered the following Tuesday (or where the Monday is a public holiday, the order will be processed the following Tuesday and delivered the following Wednesday)

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day and delivered the next working day after that (e.g. if an order is placed on a Saturday it will be delivered the following Tuesday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday Monday, it will be delivered the following Wednesday).

Express deliveries are made by DHL. Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow your order at www.dhl.co.uk.

Click & Collect

WE OFFER A FREE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE. THIS OFFER ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS PLACED IN GBP, FOR DELIVERY TO FRENCH CONNECTION UK STORES. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT FOR ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE GIFTCARDS OR HOMEWARE.

Our click and collect service is free of charge, regardless of how many parcels we need to send to the store for you.

Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive in your nominated store. Orders received during our sales and promotions can take 5 - 7 working days.

Once your order has been received by your nominated store, we will send you an email to let you know it is available for collection. This email will contain your unique despatch ID.

Your order will be held in store for 28 days, after which time it will be returned to our distribution centre.

In order to collect your items, you will need to bring with you:

Your confirmation email with your unique despatch ID

Proof of ID (one of the following):

Passport

Driving License

Credit/debit card used to make the purchase

All documents must be originals and not copies.

Anyone collecting an order on your behalf will need to bring, your confirmation email and your proof of ID.

If the credit/debit card used to make the purchase is presented as proof of ID, we reserve the right to require the card holder to be present.

Gift Cards

ALL ORDERS FOR GIFT CARDS ARE SENT BY STANDARD DELIVERY. GIFT CARDS MAY ONLY BE ORDERED IN GBP FOR DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESSES.

Our Standard Delivery charge for Gift Cards is £1.75 per order.

Gift Card orders are delivered by Royal Mail 'Signed For' services. We will email you a tracking number once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre so that you can follow your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
