Orders must be placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday for next working day or weekend delivery.
Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, or placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the following working day and available for delivery the next working day after that (e.g. if an order is placed on a Saturday it will be processed the following Monday and available for delivery on the following Tuesday. Where the Monday falls on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the following Tuesday and available for delivery on the Wednesday).
Pre 12 pm delivery slots are only available from Monday to Friday’s (excluding public holidays).
Saturday and Sunday delivery slots are only available for orders placed before 14.00 on a Friday (or 14.00 on a Thursday where the Friday falls on a bank holiday).
Pre 12 pm and Named Day delivery slots are subject to courier availability.
Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
