WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO ACCEPT OR DELIVER ORDERS FOR LARGE HOMEWARE ITEMS TO ADDRESS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK*.

*Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Isles are all considered outside mainland UK for these purposes.

  1. SMALL ITEM DELIVERY

    Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for orders received during our sale period.

    • Orders which weigh 2kg or less and meet Royal Mail's applicable size restrictions (click here for details) qualify for Small Item Delivery.
    • Our Standard Delivery charge of £3.95 per order applies.
    • Small Items (2kg or under) may be delivered by Royal Mail from 7:00 until 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately, items delivered by Royal Mail are not currently trackable. We will, however, send you an email once your parcel has been despatched from our distribution centre to let you know that your order is on its way.
    • A signature maybe required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
  2. HEAVY/OVERSIZED DELIVERY

    Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for orders received during our sale period.

    • Items which weigh over 2kg and/or do not meet Royal Mail’s applicable size restrictions (click here for details) qualify for Heavy/Oversize Delivery.
    • A delivery charge of £25 per order applies.
    • Heavy/Oversize Deliveries (over 2kg) are made by DHL between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow your order at www.dhl.co.uk.
    • A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
  3. TWO MAN DELIVERY

    Please allow between 13 and 15 working days for your order to arrive.

    • Items which weigh over 20kg and/or cannot be sent by DHL oversize delivery qualify for Two Man Delivery.
    • A delivery charge of £45 per order applies.
    • Deliveries are made by our homeware courier service, BJS Distributions, from 7:00 until 21:00, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. BJS Distribution will contact you to arrange delivery and to provide you with details of how you can track your order.
    • A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
  4. TRADE ORDERS

    Delivery costs for trade orders are calculated on an individual order basis, and are subject to order size and delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • French Connection cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
  • For your safety and security we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

French Connection Homeware Returns

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS ON HOMEWARE ITEMS (UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED).

HOMEWARE ITEMS PURCHASED VIA OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN STORE.

Please send all homeware returns to the following address using the returns label supplied in your package if possible:

FOR SECURITY REASONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT HAND CARRIED RETURNS TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE.

  • With the exception of trade purchases, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any Homeware item bought via the website, subject to the terms below. If you are a trader and wish to return any item of Homeware please contact us on 0207 036 7269 or email trade-enquiries@frenchconnection.com.
  • In addition, if you are a UK or EU consumer, you have 28 days from delivery to cancel your order and return your goods to us for a full refund. Please click here for our Cancellation Form.
  • We are unable to offer refunds on any made to order items (unless the items are faulty, or not as described).
  • Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges on Homeware items. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.
  • Please examine your Homeware items carefully on receipt taking care not to scratch, damage or mark any of them.
  • In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, we request that you note this on the carrier delivery note or carrier PDA before signing for the goods.

  • All Homeware items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. French Connection does not accept responsibility for any damage to Homeware items which occurs during return shipping.
  • All Homeware items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition, with all labels attached if possible. French Connection reserves the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of unreasonable handling or use and are deemed not to be resalable.
  • Please complete the return label supplied with your order and send all returns to our distribution centre at the above address.
  • If you didn’t receive a returns form, you can include a handwritten notice with your name, contact number, order number, reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or exchange and if an exchange, the requested replacement item(s).
  • Large items can be picked up by French Connection. You will be charged for this service. Please call Customer Services on 0333 400 3285 to check if your purchase qualifies for a return pick up and for applicable charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days after returning your items for refunds to appear in your account.
