1. Retail therapy
'Now is the time to snap up your favourite new season heroes. Invest in transitional pieces at this time of year. A good place to start is this dress. Introducing colour into my wardrobe is also something that I like to do but injecting softer pastels is an easy way to transition too.'
2. Shall we grab a coffee?
‘Nothing beats enjoying a nice warm drink on a cold day and Manchester has enough cosy spots to keep you occupied for days. Try the coffee shops on Deans Gate and The Northern Quarter.’

3. Take a trip back in time
‘As the weather is mostly cold, indoor activities come top of my list. The museum of science and industry is a good place to visit to find out more about this beautiful city. I love how there’s much to explore. I recently discovered the ticket hall which looks like the ball room. It’s become my favourite place in the museum.’
