FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
You can make a booking up to one year in advance. The only way to reserve an outfit is to make a booking through our website, so we recommend booking your outfit as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. We recommend you book your delivery to arrive 2 days before your event.
CAN I TRY AN ITEM ON BEFORE RENTING IT?
We currently offer refunds for any unworn items, therefore if you are wanting to try it on then simply place an order, try it on without removing the ribbon, then send it back to us to receive a refund (minus a re-stocking fee & excluding delivery) – you can then order again for your event.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTAL?
We recommend booking your rental to be delivered at least 2 days before your event date, but if you are worried about sizing then we would advise getting your order delivered even earlier in case you need to get an exchange.
CAN I REMOVE THE RIBBON FROM MY RENTAL?
All our garments will arrive with a ribbon attached - please only remove the ribbon if you have decided to keep your rental and are happy to wear it. Any items that are sent back with the ribbon removed will be considered worn.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY RENTAL BEFORE RETURNING IT?
Please don’t worry about cleaning your item - we will do it for you! Our warehouse professionally dry cleans all our items, so everything is practically brand new ready for the next customer.
HOW ARE GARMENTS CLEANED?
All our clothes are professionally dry cleaned in our warehouse, including ozone washing and ozone chambers. These are powerful sanitisers and removes odours, germs, bugs and 99.8% of viruses.
WHAT IS ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER?
Accidental damage cover is included in your rental price, which covers any repairable damage that happens during your rental period. Please note that it doesn’t cover against loss, theft or damage beyond repair.
WHAT IF I RETURN MY RENTAL LATE?
When items are returned late it can affect other customers’ orders. A fee of £25 per day will be charged until the item is returned. If after 30 days the item has still not been returned then the item will be classed as lost/stole and you will be charged an additional £100 replacement fee.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY ITEM OR IT DOESN’T FIT?
If you are not happy with how your item looks or it doesn’t fit, please return your order to the post office within 48 hours of it arriving and let us know. We can then give you credit for a future rental. The ribbon must still be attached to the item for it to be classed as unworn.
