How To: Pack A Capsule Wardrobe

Author Editor - 1 minute read
If you’re heading off for some Winter sun, or even escaping for a long weekend exploring a new city, then don’t pack loads, pack light.
A capsule wardrobe is going to be your new best friend – pieces which work effortlessly together, no matter in what combination, meaning that you are free to enjoy your escape without having to spare a thought about what to wear.

Classic Denim

Whether in the form of jeans, a denim jacket or even a denim dress, a good, sold, comfortable piece of classic denim is an absolute weekend away go-to.
Pair with a t-shirt, over a jumper or with boots for an effortless off-duty style which is screaming to take exploring.

The Throw-On-And-Go T-Shirt

We always opt for slogan tees, but if a plain white tee if more your thing, then that’s fine too. The most important thing, however, is to make sure that it’s oversized and worn with plenty of jewellery.

The Jacket

If you’re lucky enough to be going somewhere hot then a jacket may only be necessary for the evening. Either way, throw something in your bag which is going to go with everything – from jeans and trainers during the day to your favourite LBD in the evening.

We recommend the classic leather biker jacket or if you’d prefer something a bit smarter, a chic tailored coat is our go to.

The Comfortable Pair Of Trainers

Opt for pastel suede trainers to give your comfortable footwear a modern update. Pastels paired with light wash denim is the perfect combination on a sunny autumn or winters day.

The Day Dress

We’re all about the midi length – easy to style but suitable for those colder days. Opt for khaki for a cool seasonal update or a casual check to be a part of the print of the season.

The Little Black Dress

Regardless of where you’re heading to for your mini break, packing an LBD is a no brainer. If you’re going for dinner, it’s an easy yet incredibly stylish safe bet but even if you’re doing something low-key, throw on your favourite boots and leather jacket and you’re good to go.
