Jumper lovely customer service and delivery ****!!
I ordered two jumpers and paid £7.50 for next day delivery. The items did not arrive the following day which was a Saturday. As a consequence I had to go to work on the Monday. DHL who then tried to deliver the clothing wouldn't leave the items without a signature, so the delivery went back to the DHL depot. We contacted FCUK and were told we could use a locker stop off instead. We contacted DHL and asked them to send us a passcode so we could access the parcel in a few days time. A week went by and still not passcode. We contacted DHL to be told that FCUK had disabled that facility and we could no longer pick up the parcel. The parcel was in Newtown South Wales. I live north Herefordshire! I contacted FCUK and told them that I now couldn't use that pickup facility in my local town as FCUK had disabled the service. FCUK said they hadn't disabled the facility and to hold the line whilst she called DHL. She came back on the line to say that she was wrong and it had been withdrawn. I arranged to have it dropped off a my workplace. However, the waybill number had now changed and the parcel couldn't be located. I cannot be bothered explaining all the ins and outs because believe me it took all my strength not to scream down the phone, but I finally got my clothing 12 days after I made the order, which should have been next day delivery.
Absolute joke. Why do FCUK use a company that only delivers Mon-Fri 9-5!!!???????
