Pay in 3 is a new service (owned by PayPal so you know it’s reliable)
that provides a fixed sum credit arrangement, allowing you spread the cost of
your payment over three monthly interest-free instalments.
Pay in 3 is available to everyone over the age of 18 living
in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
Must be using a UK PayPal account to be eligible.
HOW TO PAY
At the checkout, select the ‘Pay in 3’ option. You will then
be taken to a page to enter your details and complete your purchase.
Just enter your email address and password to log in to your PayPal
account and make your purchase.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will need to create one.
To do this, enter your debit or credit card details, as well as your name, address,
mobile number and email address and follow PayPal’s instructions. PayPal will then
instantly check your financial circumstances, so you’ll know if you qualify straight away.
Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect your credit rating.
Your first instalment will leave your account on the date of purchase,
then monthly on the same date for a further two months.
PayPal will send you helpful reminder emails before each payment date,
so you’re not caught out. They will also send you an email confirmation every time a
Pay in 3 payment leaves your account.
You have a legal right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days.

Should you cancel your order, you will get an email of acknowledgement from French Connection, and a
receipt of refund email from PayPal.
Your right to return is not affected by your payment method. At French Connection, you will only ever
pay for the items you keep.
When your return has been processed, you will get a confirmation email from
French Connection, and a receipt of refund email from PayPal. The email from PayPal will detail the
amount of money being refunded to you, and any cancelled future payments.
You can return your items in store. However, we cannot refund Pay in 3 payments
in store instantly. The returned item will be sent back to the warehouse where it will be processed. PayPal will then
cancel any remaining balance and refund the amount paid. This will go into your PayPal account.
