Retail Reporting Analyst

Background: Looking for a bright, motivated self-starter looking for an entry level position into Finance. This is a role which sits within our commercial finance team and is responsible for trading reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily and Weekly Sales and Margin Reporting for all areas of the business.
Sales Reconciliations and ownership of Like-for-Like Reporting.
KPI Reporting.
Sell Through Reporting.
Concession profitability analysis.
Involvement in Budgeting/Forecasting process.
Adhoc Analysis.
Assist in driving reporting improvements through the business.

Experience/Skills Required:

Role would suit a graduate looking for their first role in finance.
A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Analytical and methodical in their approach.
Can challenge the status quo and provide solutions

Retail Administrative Assistant

Purpose of the role: Provide a professional and efficient administrative support service to the business. Liaise with all departments across Retail to provide clear, concise and accurate communication to stores and concessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collate and edit the weekly Bulletin which is the main communication tool linking Stores, Concessions and Head Office.
Review and negotiate new and existing contracts in relation to ongoing supplies to stores and monitor their usage and stock levels.
Support the Retail Operations Manager to produce and implement new tools, templates and processes
Coordinate the biannual Range Review event
Book travel and accommodation for Retail when required
Check all relevant invoices against goods and services received
Provide administrative support to Retail management assisting with ad hoc projects as required
Provide Reception and the Operations team cover as required, ensuring all duties are consistently fulfilled

The successful candidate must have experience of using MS Office packages and strong administration and organisational skills.

Accessories/Garment Technician

  • 1 - 2 years experience as a Junior or Assistant Technician (working with accessories preferred)
  • Completion of a relevant College Diploma/Degree
  • Highly organized and able to work to deadlines
  • Knowledge of quality and testing procedures
  • Good computer skills. Experience with Excel and Outlook essential
  • Experience with Web PDM would be an advantage
  • Someone who is fast thinking with a proactive attitude
  • Someone who works well in a team environment as well as confident enough to work to their own initiative
