We do advise during our terms and conditions that you may be faced with duty and custom chargers, when parcels are shipped out of the UK. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

You do not get it. I am not complaining that I need to pay the duties, I am fully aware that I have to pay duties, I have purchased items from myhabit, shopbop, mytheresa, the outnet for a long period of time, and I always pay duties without complains, since I am a lawyer, I know the law well and am willing to comply with the law. I AM COMPLAINING THAT BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY'S STUPIDITY TO ALWAYS PUT DOWN THE WRONG WORD ---GBP (MY ORDER SHALL BE CALCULATED BY EUROS, RATHER THAN GBP!!!!), THEREFORE I WAS UNFAIRLY CHARGED FOR MUCH HIGHER TAX DUE TO YOUR MISTAKES. How dare you try to mask your mistakes by saying that you have nothing to do with my country's duties???????? I really look down on this company then.

While I placed my orders. FC website page has always showed me that that my bill is calculated on Euros (e.g., 100 euros), rather than GBP. I just don't know why on the sheet ("Archive Doc") that FC issued to DHL, FC just stated the declared value of the parcel is in GBP (e.g., GBP$100 ) rather than in Euros( e.g., Euros $100). Because of this, while DHL reports the parcel value to my country's custom, the value is much higher, and I gotta pay a much higher tax. Now, after I spent so much time and money to negotiate with DHL, they admitted their mistakenly reported the wrong number to custom. However, DHL further requests me to submit a bunch of documents to get my tax refund. All in all, this is your fault, and you have done this for 3 TIMES. Got so tired of this. I am done with FC for the rest of my life.
