We reserve the right to charge you to access certain information on the Site. We will inform you where a charge will be incurred by you for accessing certain services or information.

8. General Information
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

All content on this Site is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and is Copyright © by French Connection (London) Limited 2002 - 2011 or, where applicable, independent content providers and third parties. All rights are reserved. Reproduction and/or transmission of any content, by any means, without the express permission of the owner is prohibited by law.

10. Price and Payment
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time. Product prices include VAT.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
When you make a purchase from French Connection please make sure you do this in the currency of your bank or credit card. Please note that it is common practice for banks and credit card providers to have different selling and buying exchange rates for currency. French Connection does not accept responsibility for charges or differing rates of currency exchange levied by a customer's bank or credit card provider.
11. Returns and Exchanges
If you return your purchase to us within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights on cancellation are not affected.
Exchanges will be honoured any time within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
The free returns service is only provided on full price orders. Any orders placed during a sale period can still be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund however, you will need to pay for the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return your goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper, otherwise we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
In the event of a refund, French Connection does not accept any liability, and will not refund you, for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provider.

13. Data Capture Competition Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents 18 and over excluding employees of French Connection Group, House of Fraser, Harrods or Selfridges. There is no purchase necessary for entry and only one entry per person is permitted. All entries must be received by French Connection no later than 30th October 2011. One winner will be selected on or around 14th November 2011 from a random drawing of all complete and eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by telephone or email on or around 14th November 2011. One winner will receive a French connection Gift Card to the value of £1000 if the winner is resident in the UK OR €1,000 if the winner is resident in the Republic of Ireland. The prize is as stated, there is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part of it) and the prize is nonrefundable and non-transferable. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. The decisions of the judges shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted. By entering the competition, all entrants are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Winners’ details will be available from the Promoter’s Marketing Department for one month after the closing date.
