Terms Of Promotion: "Me and Orson Welles"
Please read carefully the following terms of use .
To enter this prize draw promotion visit www.frenchconnection.com/meandorsonwelles/ and complete the entry details section. Each valid entry will automatically be entered into the prize draw, the winners of which will be selected at random by an independent judge.
There is no purchase necessary for entry and only one entry per person is permitted.
This prize draw promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Isle of Man aged 18 and over excluding employees of the Promoters, their affiliates or agents, families of such employees or any other person connected professionally to the offer.
All entries must be received by 11:59 GMT on 11th November 2009. A winner will be selected from a random drawing of valid entries by 11:59 GMT 12 November 2009.
The prizes are:
- Two tickets for yourself and a guest to attend the London movie premiere of Me and Orson Wells.
- Accommodation for two at a London Hotel on the night of the premiere;
- A £500 French Connection gift card;
*NOTE: Prize winners must arrange and pay for all transportation and costs associated with attending this premiere.
The prizes are as stated and do not include transportation costs of any kind, meals or other costs associated with claiming the prize. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and must be booked in advance of departure date. Any accommodation amendments made by a prize winner and incurring costs are done so at the prize winner's expense. The competition is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
The winner of this prize draw will be contacted by email or phone on or before 13 November 2009.
If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the Promoters will be entitled to dispose of the prizes as they see fit without any liability to the prize winner for having done so.
No alternative or cash prize will be offered.
The prize winner agrees and consents to their name and country of origin being released and participation in any post - event publicity as required by the Promoters without further compensation. All publicity materials created by the prize winner in connection with this prize draw become and remain the sole property of the Promoters.
The prize winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to CinemaNX Films One Limited, 12 Great Portland Street, London W1W 8QN. The prize winner is deemed to have consented to the publication of their name and county by participating in this promotion.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be offered for sale or used in conjunction with any other competition, offer or promotion by a prize winner. There is no cash alternative.
The Promoters reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
The prize winner may be bound by terms imposed by any third parties providing services as part of the prize/s. The Promoters cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of any third parties affiliated with this promotion.
The date of the premiere is subject to change without notice and the Promoters give no guarantees that celebrity or other media personalities will attend the event.
The Promotes cannot be held responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries submitted online.
The Promoters assume no responsibility whatsoever for entries which are not received by the deadline. Entries which are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
The decision of the independent judge shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
By entering the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the entry instructions and terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
