Free Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return
your order for an exchange or refund simply use the free returns label provided
with your order and post back to us within 14 days.
Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory
rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from
your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach
us.
Collect+ Returns
You can now return your French Connection order for free using Collect+.
This is a service that uses many of your local corner shops, supermarkets and newsagents. Over 4400 stores nationwide offer this service This is a convenient way to return your order as Collect+ stores are open for over 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, with the majority of stores open 7 days a week.

All you need to do is complete the returns form provided with your order and enclose it with your parcel. Peel off the label on your Collect+ insert and stick it onto your parcel. To ensure you are notified by e-mail that we have received your return, can you also stick on your French Connection returns label, which is located on your delivery note on the parcel
Then take your parcel to one of the business offering Collect+ services. They will supply you with proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You can track the return of your parcel using the code here: www.collectplus.co.uk/frenchconnection
Please note: We do not currently accept returns in store for items ordered through
the website.
International
Returns
Returns from customer outside the UK will be responsible for shipping costs. Please
complete the return form and include in your return package.
Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach
their destination, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via
a registered trackable service.
