This costs £3.95 per order - no matter how many parcels we send. In-stock items are dispatched the next day - please allow 3 to 5 working days* for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

PLEASE NOTE: French Connection does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage neighbour etc) we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

This costs £7.00 per order - no matter how many parcels we send. All orders need to be placed before 12.00pm midday for next working day delivery.  Orders placed after this will be delivered within 48 hours*. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday and Sundays are NOT classed as working days by our delivery carriers, for this reason anything ordered on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday and anything ordered from Friday afternoon up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Christmas Delivery Dates
To ensure the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas, we request that Standard postage orders are placed with us by 12noon on Tuesday 22nd of December, and Express orders placed with us by 12noon Wednesday 23rd December.

Christmas Returns
We have extended our returns period to ensure any unwanted gifts can be returned or exchanged after Christmas. We ask that any gifts are returned to us by 19th January 2010

European shipping costs are:
