TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The Competition is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter or Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited ("Warner").
  2. The winner of the film tickets and their guest must be old enough to watch the film in accordance with the film's classification certificate.
  3. One entry will win:
    • two tickets to the UK premiere screening and after party for The Dark Knight in Leicester Square, London, on 21 July 2008;
    • one night's accommodation for the winner and the winner's guest, in a standard room based on two persons sharing, at a four star hotel in central London;
    • return economy class transportation for the winner and the winner's guest from anywhere in the UK to the hotel on 21 July 2008 returning on 22 July 2008; and
    • all transportation for the winner and the winner's guest between the hotel, the premiere screening and the after party;
    The winning prize also includes one goody bag each for the winner and their guest containing Batman and French Connection products.
  4. The prize does not include anything not detailed in paragraph 3 including, but not limited to:
    • food or drink;
    • spending money;
    • the costs and expenses of anyone accompanying the prize winner (except those of the winner's guest as outlined above) to enable one or both of the winner or the winner's guest to partake in the prize (including any parent or guardian that is required to accompany a child); and
    • Hotel expenses (including, without limitation, the use of telephone, fax, room service, room bar or use of hotel facilities).
  5. 10 runner up entries will each receive a goody bag containing Batman and French Connection products.
  6. No purchase is necessary to enter into the competition and the chances of winning a prize are not influenced by the purchase of any products.
  7. Prize details are correct as at 20 June 2008. Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of the prizes detailed at paragraph 3 above impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, Warner or third parties providing any component of the prizes. In this situation, the Promoter, Warner and such third parties may at their discretion vary or amend the prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and prize winners agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter, Warner or such third parties.
  8. There is no cash alternative to prizes which are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest or promotion by a prize winner.
  9. Only one entry per entrant.
  10. The closing date for entries is midnight on 16 July 2008
  11. Winners will be selected from the correct answers at random within 12 hours of the competition closing.
  12. Correspondence will not be entered into and judge's decision is final.
  13. Entries which are late, illegible or not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
  14. Prize winners may be required to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity for the Promoter or Warner and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by the Promoter, Warner or other third parties for publicity and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data for such purposes.
  15. Prize winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the prize is awarded. If a prize winner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before a prize is awarded.
  16. Prize winners shall adhere to the applicable terms and conditions of all third party providers of any element of a prize including, without limitation, those of any cinema or other venues used as part of the prize, hotels, airlines, trains, buses or other transportation providers.
  17. A list of winners will be available from the Promoter at Centro One, 39 Camden Street, London NW1 0DX on 31st August 2008.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
