Standard Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY IS FREE FOR UK ORDERS OVER £50 AND £3.95 FOR UK ORDERS UNDER £50*.

* This offer only applies to orders made to U.K. addresses. The order must be placed using GBP. The order may not include HOMEWARE or GIFTCARDS.

  • Our Standard Delivery charge is £3.95 per order, regardless of how many parcels we need to send you.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Standard Delivery orders are delivered by Royal Mail from 7:00 until 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, they are not currently trackable. We will, however, send you an email once your parcel has been despatched from our distribution centre to let you know that your order is on its way.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for orders received during our sale period.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A signature maybe required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
  • French Connection cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
  • For your safety and security we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Express Delivery

OUR EXPRESS NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE COSTS £7 PER UK ORDER*.

  • Our Express delivery charge is £7 per order, regardless of how many parcels we need to send you.
  • Orders must be placed before 14:00 for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Express deliveries are made by DHL between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow your order at www.dhl.co.uk.

Click & Collect

OUR COLLECT FROM STORE FOR FREE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL UK ORDERS*.

* Our click and collect service is only available at U.K. stores. The order must be placed using GBP. The order may not include HOMEWARE or GIFTCARDS.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive in your nominated store. Orders received during our sale period can take 5 to 7 working days.

  • Our click and collect service is free of charge, regardless of how many parcels we need to send to the store for you.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Once your order has been received in your nominated store, we will send you an email to let you know it is available for collection. This email will contain your unique despatch ID.
  • Your order will be held in store for 28 days, after which it will be returned to our distribution centre if not collected.
  • In order to collect your items, you will need to bring with you:
    • Your confirmation email with your unique despatch ID
    • Proof of ID (one of the following):
      1. Passport
      2. Driving License
      3. Credit/debit card used to make the purchase
    • All documents must be originals and not copies.
  • Anyone collecting an order on your behalf will need to bring, your confirmation email and your proof of ID.
  • If the credit/debit card used to make the purchase is presented as proof of ID, we reserve the right to require the card holder to be present.

Gift Cards

ALL UK ORDERS FOR GIFT CARDS ARE SENT FOR NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY AT A CHARGE OF £1.75 PER ORDER.

  • Orders must be placed before 14:00 for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
  • Gift cards are delivered by Royal Mail 'Signed For' services from 7:00 until 20:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, we will email you a tracking number so that you can follow your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
