Free UK Delivery and Returns

We offer free UK delivery and returns when you spend £50 or more on frenchconnection.com. Free returns is not applicable during sale period. Please note that free delivery and returns apply to all products excluding Homeware.

Please send all Homeware returns to the following address: Returns Department, French Connection, Unit B, Dolphin Way, Purfleet, Essex, RM19 1NZ using the returns label supplied in your package if possible.


Standard Delivery

This costs £3.95/€5 per order - no matter how many parcels we send.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days* for the goods to arrive.

Deliveries are made from 7am until 7pm and may require a signature. For this reason, you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Please note: French Connection does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Homeware products, Clothing and accessories are dispatched from different warehouses, therefore if ordering from outside the UK, delivery/custom charges may be applied separately if the order includes Homeware, Clothing and accessories.

We currently offer promotional free delivery when you spend £50 or more. This offer only applies to deliveries made to mainland U.K. and Channel Islands; the order must be placed using GBP. This does not apply to HOMEWARE items.

Express Delivery

This costs £7/€8 per order - no matter how many parcels we send.

All orders need to be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery. Deliveries are made from 9am until 8pm and may require a signature. For this reason, you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Some postcodes are excluded from Next Day Delivery. Click here to see postcode exclusions.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are NOT classed as working days by our delivery carriers, for this reason anything ordered on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday and anything ordered from Friday afternoon up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Homeware products, Clothing and accessories are dispatched from different warehouses, therefore if ordering from outside the UK, delivery/custom charges may be applied separately if the order includes Homeware, Clothing and accessories.

During our sale period, orders should be placed before midday, Monday to Thursday to qualify for next day delivery, orders placed on Thursday after midday, or Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

All orders must be placed by midday 22nd December 2014 to be delivered in time for Christmas.


Click & Collect

French Connection offers a collect from store delivery service for UK website orders.

This service excludes all HOMEWARE items.

This service is free of charge - no matter how many parcels we send.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive in store (if an order is placed before 2.30pm.)

Any orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Once your order has arrived in store, contact will be made via email to let you know that it is now available for collection.

In order to collect, you will need to bring with you:

1. Your unique despatch ID
2. Proof of ID (One of the following)

  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • Credit/debit card used to make the purchase

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they will still need to bring a proof of ID for the person who placed the order.

All documents and ID are to be the originals and not copies.

Your order will be held in store for 28 days, after which it will be returned to the warehouse if not collected.

Sale Returns

We do not offer free returns or refund the postage costs of returns for HOMEWARE items.

When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Large items can be picked up by French Connection. Please call customer services to check if your purchase qualifies for a return pick up. You will be charged for this service.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Items assembled in any way cannot be returned. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected in connection with faulty items.

The cost of sending Clothing items for return or exchange from outside the UK, or of Homeware products, or of sale items, is the responsibility of the customer. For further details and other options, see below.

We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items unless the order is £50 or more. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting customer service.

Please send all returns (excluding Homeware) to the following address: Returns Department, French Connection, Unit D Ashmount Park, Upper Forest Way, Swansea SA6 8QR using the returns labels supplied in your package if possible.

Alternatively purchases made via our website (excluding Homeware) can be returned to store for an exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted providing that the items are returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Please ensure that you produce the associated dispatch note when returning the goods.

During our sale period please allow 7 to 10 days for all returns to be processed once received in the warehouse.


Homeware Deliveries and Returns

The following delivery costs will be applied to Homeware products according to the size & weight of the product:

1. Two man delivery - £39 (Please note that delivery can take between 7-10 working days.)
2. Heavy/Oversized delivery - £25 (Please note that delivery can take 2/3 days working days.)
3. Smaller home items – standard delivery charges apply. £3.95/€5 per order, no matter how many parcels we send.

All orders for large item delivery must be placed by Midday 18th December and orders for two man delivery must be placed by Midday 15th to be delivered in time for Christmas.
